Visa categories we assist with

Tourist & Visitor Visas
Holidays · family visits · short stays
For leisure travel, visiting family or attending a private event abroad. We confirm the visitor category that fits your trip and prepare the supporting evidence most commonly queried: itinerary, accommodation, proof of funds, employment or study status, and a letter of invitation where one is needed.
We also advise on realistic timing, so you apply far enough ahead of your departure date.
Business Visas
Meetings · conferences · trade visits
For travel on behalf of a company: client meetings, negotiations, conferences, trade fairs and site visits. We work with your company documentation — invitation letters, letters of employment, proof of the business relationship and travel authorisation — and keep group applications aligned to one timeline.
Corporate accounts: we can handle several travellers for the same trip as a single coordinated file.
Study Visas
Where applicable by destination
For accepted students and short-course applicants. We assemble the acceptance or enrolment letter, proof of tuition and living funds, sponsor or guardian documentation, accommodation details and, where minors travel, parental consent — in the order and format the institution and consulate expect.
We work backwards from your registration date so the application is submitted in time.
Work-Related Visas
Students · exchange · short courses
Where the destination country allows an application of this type, we assist with the documentation that supports it: employment offer or contract, qualifications and transcripts, professional registration, medicals and police clearances, and the employer’s own supporting paperwork.
Work visa rules are the most destination-specific of all. We confirm what is possible in your case before you commit to a timeline.
Family & Spousal Visas
Spouse · Family Member
For applicants joining a spouse, partner or family member in another country. These applications often require additional relationship evidence, which we help you prepare correctly.

Transit Visas
Connecting flights · layovers
Some countries require a visa simply to pass through, even without leaving the airport. We check your full routing, tell you whether a transit visa applies to your ticket, and prepare it alongside your main application so a connection does not derail the trip.
Send us your flight itinerary and we will confirm what your route requires.

FAQ's
Frequently asked questions
How far in advance should I apply?
It depends on the destination and the season. As a rule, start as early as your documents allow — we confirm a realistic timeline at consultation.
Do I need to visit your office?
Not necessarily. Most files are handled by email and WhatsApp, with in-person consultations available by appointment.
How long does a visa application take?
It depends entirely on the visa category and destination. Once we know where you're travelling, we'll give you a realistic timeframe during your initial consultation.
Can you guarantee my visa will be approved?
No consultancy can. The decision rests with the embassy, consulate or immigration authority. Our work is to make sure your application is complete, accurate and well presented.
What does IVISATS charge?
Our service fee depends on the visa type and the work involved, and is quoted before we begin. Embassy, consulate and visa-centre fees are separate and payable to them.
What documents will I need?
This varies by visa type and destination. After your consultation, we provide a tailored checklist so you know exactly what to gather, and we review everything before submission.
Important Notice
Visa requirements differ by country and are subject to change without notice. IVISATS provides application assistance and guidance only — the final decision on any visa application rests solely with the relevant embassy, consulate or immigration authority.
